Theo joined Synergi in 2019 as an expert in Marine, Technology and Commercial roles. His extensive background in human resources management plays a huge part in helping him find the right talent for each role.

Theo moved to Dubai in 2013 after spending decades working in the highly technical and competitive international shipping sector in both Europe and the Middle East.

Since he’s move to Dubai, Theo has helped several companies set up their Middle East offices by putting together highly qualified, ambitious teams. The experience he’s gained in the shipping sector has helped Theo develop a talent for uncovering potential and ensuring that it’s fulfilled.

Theo’s also a certified hypnotherapist, which helps him understand candidates better, meaning they’re placed in a role best suited to their drive and personality. This helps ensure that Theo’s candidates love their new role and stick around for the long term. So his clients are delighted because they have a loyal, hardworking team helping them reach new heights.

Theo and his wife are passionate adventurers. They often visit far-flung countries and love experiencing different cultures.
