Furthermore, Amnas is able to develop and execute effective screening strategies to identify top-tier candidates who closely match Client requirements. With an emphasis on long-term success, she ensures that the individuals she brings into the company contribute positively to its growth and development.
To further enhance her track record, Amnas is a certified professional in job analysis and evaluation by the Hay Group. This certification demonstrates her expertise and commitment to excellence in managing multiple HR projects across diverse industries.
Outside of work, Amnas is a dedicated mother of two who enjoys travelling.
