Alefiya Sadriwala
Alefiya has been working in the Recruitment industry for nearly a decade and helped launch Synergi’s Dubai office in 2019.
Although she’s worked in various industries throughout her career, Alefiya’s true expertise lies in Healthcare. She loves the challenge and excitement that recruitment brings, whether it be running large projects or handling niche requirements across the globe.
Alefiya’s specialist skills include headhunting mid-management and executive roles.
Placing the perfect person in the right role is hugely rewarding and comes naturally to Alefiya. She also has a passion for helping mothers back into work after returning from Maternity leave.
Alefiya is based in Dubai with her two children. She loves cooking and experimenting with new cuisines as well as keeping fit in Zumba classes.
