Amira founded Synergi in 2019 after a decade of working within the Healthcare industry in the UK and the UAE.

With a background in medicine, she knew the skills she’d honed throughout he career would help her excel in consultancy. Building connections between people within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors and helping them create bright futures comes naturally to Amira.

The personal touch matters to Amira, not just with her Clients and Candidates, but also with her Team. This has helped her build and lead a sophisticated company that achieves huge results for their clients.

She has worked with several multinational companies as well as smaller local start-ups. Amira now specializes in C-suite candidates, Senior Investment roles in private equity firms as well as Senior Finance roles.

Based in Dubai, Amira is a mother of two who enjoys travelling, Pilates and keeping fit. Her passion also lies in sharing the value of mindfulness with other entrepreneurs and small business owners.
